1. Inquiry: The first step to owning your Concierge Home Services franchise is to complete our inquiry form. Expect a call from us shortly.
2. Introductory Phone Call: We'll get to know each other better in this conversation with our franchise development team. We want to learn more about your goals for being in business, and why you feel franchising is a fit for you at this stage of your life.
3. Interview: Connect directly with our founder Rebecca Page in an informal video interview. This is an opportunity to ask her questions and explore the culture of Concierge Home Services.
4. Application: Complete your application to become a franchise partner with Concierge Home Services. A deposit is not required.
5. Territory Review & Demographics: We'll share the demographics and boundaries of the available territories closest to where you live.
6. Meet the Team: In person or online, you'll meet more of the team at Concierge Home Services. Learn more about what it is like to be a franchise partner in our system.
7. Disclosure Document: Receive 2 copies of our Disclosure Document, and review with our team the full details of our mutual obligations for a franchise partnership.
8. Aptitude Assessment: Complete a questionnaire which assesses your aptitude for franchising. Feedback from this may shape the training and coaching support we provide for your success as a franchisee in our system.
9. Welcome and Pre-Opening: You sign your Franchise Agreement and pay your initial franchise fee. You immediately receive your pre-opening manual to guide you through the initial steps of preparing to open your business. Training dates are booked. You are on your way to being in business.
