Your business circle are the people you trust to help you manage and grow your franchise business. The foundation of this is your franchisor, head office support staff, and your fellow franchisees. But these people may not be in the same city, not people you can meet up for coffee with.
This is where networking helps. Joining a BNI chapter, or a Chamber of Commerce. Get to know the people in your small business community. Then you will find the printer, the bookkeeper, the virtual assistant, the computer fix it person - services and support that will help you operate and grow your franchise business.
Creating your circle of resources is as important as having your family and friends cheering you on.
